Position: Front Office Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and a multitude of tasks while remaining calm and collective.
  • Provide guest-focused service with a strong problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
  • Utilize Opera Cloud systems and MS programs to manage guest records and transactions.
  • Interact effectively with guests and Heartists at all levels with excellent communication skills.
  • Manage time and administrative tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
  • Remote area work experience is preferred.
  • Guest-focused, organized, positive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Working knowledge of MS programs and Opera Cloud system.
  • Excellent time management, administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand, and walk for extended periods.
