Position: Front Office Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and a multitude of tasks while remaining calm and collective.
- Provide guest-focused service with a strong problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
- Utilize Opera Cloud systems and MS programs to manage guest records and transactions.
- Interact effectively with guests and Heartists at all levels with excellent communication skills.
- Manage time and administrative tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Guest-focused, organized, positive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Working knowledge of MS programs and Opera Cloud system.
- Excellent time management, administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand, and walk for extended periods.
