Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Concierge
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Energetic, guest-oriented, and professional appearance
