Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Concierge
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Energetic, guest-oriented, and professional appearance
