Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Experience as Sous Chef in hotel kitchens or high-volume restaurants
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
  • Ability to support menu execution, supervise kitchen staff and manage shifts
  • Good time management and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to quality, hygiene and consistent food presentation
