Qualifications:

• Extensive technical experience in hotel engineering and maintenance
• Proficiency with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems
• Proven ability to lead preventive maintenance programs and manage contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with safety regulations
• Good leadership and communication abilities to coordinate with operations
