Qualifications:

• Experience in loss prevention, security management or related roles in hotels
• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures and asset protection
• Strong leadership and incident management capabilities
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits and staff training
• Good communication and coordination skills with operational departments
