Position: Jr. Sous Chef Spanish Restaurant

Qualifications:

  • Relevant culinary experience in hotellerie or fine-dining, preferably with Spanish cuisine exposure
  • Strong technical skills in kitchen operations, cooking techniques and mise en place
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and portion control
  • Ability to work under pressure and support the Executive/Sous Chef
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
