Position: Pastry Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Experience in pastry production within hotel or fine-dining environments
- Strong technical skills in pastry and dessert preparation
- Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety
- Creativity and ability to support menu development
- Team player with good leadership potential
