Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Experience in pastry production within hotel or fine-dining environments
  • Strong technical skills in pastry and dessert preparation
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety
  • Creativity and ability to support menu development
  • Team player with good leadership potential
