Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background in Hospitality or Front Office operations
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or night audit roles
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and guest-focused attitude
• Knowledge of PMS systems, basic accounting for night audit, and cash handling
• Professional appearance, ability to work shifts, and strong teamwork skills
