Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A welcoming personality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
