Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations during assigned shifts.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Manage emergency situations and ensure guest safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with property management systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
