Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in Learning & Development or general HR functions
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
  • Knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
  • Good administrative and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
