The Royal Surakarta Heritage Solo with 150 rooms, Novotel Solo with 145 rooms, and Ibis Styles Solo with 152 rooms are centrally located in Surakarta’s business district. Guest Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and elevate the overall guest journey and satisfaction
- Manage guest feedback and implement service improvement strategies
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill special guest requests
- Train and mentor staff in guest service excellence and Accor standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and report trends to management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations or front office management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest complaints gracefully
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems
- Commitment to delivering personalized guest experiences
