Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and elevate the overall guest journey and satisfaction
  • Manage guest feedback and implement service improvement strategies
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill special guest requests
  • Train and mentor staff in guest service excellence and Accor standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and report trends to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guest relations or front office management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest complaints gracefully
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems
  • Commitment to delivering personalized guest experiences
