Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in Learning & Development or general HR functions
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills
- Knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
- Good administrative and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
