Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest services
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professional excellence
- Train front office staff on brand service standards and systems
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve guest satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front office operations at a 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Polished professional appearance and friendly attitude
- Proficient in property management systems (PMS)
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
