Mercure Jakarta Simatupang is a newly built midscale hotel featuring 214 superbly designed rooms where modernity and tradition exist in perfect harmony. Conveniently located in South Jakarta near the outer ring road with direct access to the Lebak Bulus exit, our hotel offers strategic access to the southern CBD, Fatmawati, and TB Simatupang areas. We provide a dynamic environment for professionals to grow within the Accor network.

Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up-to-date possible, and are delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way.
- Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree from a reputable academy or university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position with a proven track record in a midscale/upscale hotel.
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for service.
