Position: Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas, maintaining a service-oriented approach.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently, ensuring high communication standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas and service stations.
• Develop a strong knowledge of all menu items and hotel services for effective upsell opportunities.
• Act as a strong team player, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above, preferably in F&B Service.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for effective guest interaction.
• Have a business & excellent service oriented approach to F&B operations.
• Excellent personal grooming and professional presentation standards.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
