Position: Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate innovative beverage programs including wine lists cocktails and non alcoholic options
- Oversee the operations of all bars and beverage service areas ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage beverage inventory purchasing and cost control to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise the beverage team on mixology product knowledge and service techniques
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stay updated on global beverage trends
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and licensing regulations regarding alcohol service
Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Mixology or Sommelier accreditation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high end establishment
- Strong knowledge of wines spirits and beverage cost management
- Excellent leadership skills with a passion for training and staff development
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
- Creative flair and ability to design unique beverage experiences
- Detail oriented with high standards of presentation and hygiene
