Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – T’ang Court
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in same position in premium Chinese restaurant or luxury hotel
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Mandarin language is a strong advantage
- Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Strong in guest relation and F&B event management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commitment to providing excellent customer service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the trends in restaurant events is preferred
- Understanding in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
