Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily fine dining operations and ensuring seamless service flow
- Supervise and train the service team to maintain impeccable grooming and service standards
- Handle guest reservations and special requests with a personalized touch
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in staff scheduling payroll and administrative duties for the outlet
- Ensure the restaurant environment is immaculate and prepared for service at all times
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in a fine dining establishment within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- In depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette and sequence of service
- Passion for food and beverage and delivering exceptional guest care
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
