Position: Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming guests with a warm and professional welcome
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize capacity
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding the restaurant
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist in gathering guest feedback upon departure
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with a pleasant telephone manner
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Attractive and professional grooming standards
