Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office operations including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Train and motivate Front Office staff.
- Maximize room revenue through upselling.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera).
- Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
