Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Guest Service Agent, Front Desk, or Concierge role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Proven ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or similar software.
• A proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and exceeding service expectations.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; other languages are a strong asset.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
