Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Guest Service Agent, Front Desk, or Concierge role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Proven ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or similar software.
- A proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and exceeding service expectations.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; other languages are a strong asset.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
