Position: Assistant Credit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s credit and collection policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable balances and aging reports accurately.
• Review and approve credit applications for corporate clients and travel agents.
• Liaise with the Sales and Front Office departments regarding client billing and credit issues.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on credit status and outstanding debts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Credit or Accounts Receivable function in a reputable hotel (4-5 star).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and financial accounting software is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional correspondence.
• In-depth knowledge of local tax and financial regulations in Central Java.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and collections efficiently.
