Position: Assistant Credit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s credit and collection policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable balances and aging reports accurately.
- Review and approve credit applications for corporate clients and travel agents.
- Liaise with the Sales and Front Office departments regarding client billing and credit issues.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on credit status and outstanding debts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Credit or Accounts Receivable function in a reputable hotel (4-5 star).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and financial accounting software is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional correspondence.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax and financial regulations in Central Java.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and collections efficiently.
