Position: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the hotel
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
- Assist with budget preparation and financial audits
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree with relevant education background
- Min. 3 year experience in the same position
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill and pleasant personality
- Hard working and have positive work attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
