Position: Security – DW
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel.
- Possess valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is an advantage.
- Alert, observant, and physically fit.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights.
- Customer service oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Control access to the hotel, monitoring guest and staff entrances.
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Assist guests with safety related inquiries.
- Write daily activity and incident reports.
