Position: Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of a specific kitchen section.
• Excellent understanding of food safety (HACCP) standards.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Creative and passionate about food.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a specific station in the kitchen.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes according to hotel standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure all food preparation and storage areas are clean and hygienic.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
