Position: Chef de Partie
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of a specific kitchen section.
- Excellent understanding of food safety (HACCP) standards.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Creative and passionate about food.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a specific station in the kitchen.
- Prepare and present high quality dishes according to hotel standards.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure all food preparation and storage areas are clean and hygienic.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
