Position: Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• In depth knowledge of the Canggu and Bali market.
• Proficient in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
