Position: Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- In depth knowledge of the Canggu and Bali market.
- Proficient in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
