Position: Human Resources Manager
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology/HR Management/Law or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience (2 years in a managerial role).
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll & BPJS administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, training, payroll & employee relations.
- Build a positive workplace culture and support service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
