Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology/HR Management/Law or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (2 years in a managerial role).
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll & BPJS administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, training, payroll & employee relations.
  • Build a positive workplace culture and support service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
