Position: Human Resources (Internship)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR administrative duties and employee records
- Support recruitment processes including screening and scheduling
- Help organize employee training and engagement activities
- Learn about HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
