Position: Human Resources (Internship)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR administrative duties and employee records
  • Support recruitment processes including screening and scheduling
  • Help organize employee training and engagement activities
  • Learn about HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
