Position: Asst. Learning & Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for all departments.
- Monitor service quality standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience in training and quality assurance in a luxury hotel.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passionate about people development and service excellence.
- Certified Trainer or similar qualification is an advantage.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
