Position: Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs for hotel employees.
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee development files.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Support the L&D Manager in conducting training needs analysis.
  • Prepare training materials and organize venue logistics for sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in training or HR administration within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
