Position: Asst. Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Manage HR administrative functions and databases.
- Assist in handling disciplinary issues and grievances.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Assistant Manager in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
