Grand Hyatt Bali is the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, offering a blend of Balinese culture and modern luxury across 41 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. Designed as a water palace with lakes, gardens, and six swimming pools, our beachfront property provides an immersive experience for guests. We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Position: Learning & Development Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager in a large luxury resort
- Strong ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of modern learning technologies and methodologies
- Passion for employee growth and organizational culture
- Strategic mindset with strong administrative skills
