We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Position: Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager in a large luxury resort
  • Strong ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and methodologies
  • Passion for employee growth and organizational culture
  • Strategic mindset with strong administrative skills
