Position: Learning & Development Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager in a luxury hotel
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to design and implement training programs
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of modern training methodologies and tools
- Passionate about people development
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills
