Position: Director of People & Culture
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s unique ‘Come As You Are’ culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law and Accor group policies.
- Champion employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Manage the HR budget and report on key HR metrics.
- Drive performance management processes and foster a high performance culture.
- Nurture a positive, professional, and self motivated work environment.
Qualifications:
- education & experience: bachelor’s in HR management; 5 years in HR leadership
- skills & knowledge: labor law, leadership, teamwork, negotiation.
- professional attributes: excellent English, customer focused, detail oriented, self motivated, professional.
