Position: Director of People & Culture

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s unique ‘Come As You Are’ culture.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law and Accor group policies.
• Champion employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage the HR budget and report on key HR metrics.
• Drive performance management processes and foster a high performance culture.
• Nurture a positive, professional, and self motivated work environment.

Qualifications:

• education & experience: bachelor’s in HR management; 5 years in HR leadership
• skills & knowledge: labor law, leadership, teamwork, negotiation.
• professional attributes: excellent English, customer focused, detail oriented, self motivated, professional.
