Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Support HR administrative tasks and employee onboarding
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Experience in HR or Training role within the hospitality industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Passion for people development
