Position: Mandarin Guest Relations
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Well English interpersonal communication skills.
- More than 6 months of experience in the related position, with international clientele experience.
- Experience in luxury hotels/ resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous.
- Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality.
- Fully embrace sustainability efforts.
- Preferably has HSK certification.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, acting as a primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking clientele.
- Handle all inquiries, requests, and feedback from Mandarin speaking guests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with various resort departments to fulfill guest needs and create seamless, memorable experiences.
- Assist with guest arrival, check in, in house, and departure procedures, ensuring all arrangements are flawless.
- Promote resort services, activities, and dining options to enhance the guest stay.
