Position: Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personal check in experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless stay.
• Manage VIP guest arrivals, amenities, and special requests, ensuring their preferences are met.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience and hotel revenue.
