Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar guest facing role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints gracefully and find effective solutions.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests, proactively engaging with them to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle and resolve guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with other departments to find solutions.
  • Manage the check in and check out process for VIPs and Marriott Bonvoy elite members, providing personalized service and recognition.
  • Analyze guest feedback from surveys and online reviews to identify service trends and recommend improvements.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and any special requests to enhance their experience.
