Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Able to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Understanding of IHG or similar international brand service standards.
  • Creative and proactive in talent development.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in a Bandung or West Java property is a plus.
