Position: Executive Chinese Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the culinary operations of the Chinese kitchen
- Create innovative and authentic Chinese menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Train and mentor the culinary team to achieve excellence
- Manage food costs and kitchen inventory efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chinese Chef in a luxury hotel
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine with a strong culinary portfolio
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high expectations
- Strong communication skills
