Position: Assistant F&B Manager / F&B Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the same role (Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager) within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interaction
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel management and F&B operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations effectively
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry trends and standards
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
