Position: F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire food and beverage department to ensure world class service standards
- Drive financial performance through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
- Mentor and develop the culinary and service teams to maintain Marriott’s luxury excellence
- Oversee the implementation of food safety, hygiene, and service protocols property wide
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance guest experiences and outlet profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior F&B Manager in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a large and diverse workforce
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic mindset with a focus on financial targets and ROI
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of current global culinary and beverage trends
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
