Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift operations in the restaurant or bar to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and coach associates on Marriott service standards and upselling techniques
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professional grace
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance during scheduled shifts
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- Experience as a senior server or supervisor in an upscale F&B outlet
- Deep knowledge of service protocols and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to service
- Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international guests
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a busy environment
- Passionate about hospitality and associate development
