Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same role (Front Desk Agent/Receptionist)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of hospitality service
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
