Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations across the hotel’s multiple F&B outlets.
- Develop innovative menus that align with the hotel’s lifestyle brand.
- Control all kitchen costs, including food, beverage, and labor, to meet budget targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Train, mentor, and manage the entire kitchen brigade.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef) in a reputable hotel or restaurant group.
- Strong creative skills and passion for current culinary trends.
- Proven ability in menu engineering, cost control, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
- Experience in the Jakarta F&B scene is highly advantageous.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
