Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across the hotel’s multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop innovative menus that align with the hotel’s lifestyle brand.
• Control all kitchen costs, including food, beverage, and labor, to meet budget targets.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and manage the entire kitchen brigade.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef) in a reputable hotel or restaurant group.
• Strong creative skills and passion for current culinary trends.
• Proven ability in menu engineering, cost control, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Experience in the Jakarta F&B scene is highly advantageous.
• Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
