Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department and oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the resort’s core values
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Foster a positive work culture based on Integrity, Humility, and Loyalty
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
