Position: Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs and schedules for staff.
- Assist in the development of training materials.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new hires.
- Ensure training facilities and equipment are ready.
Qualifications:
- Experience in training or HR coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about people development.
- Fluent in English.
