Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle individual and group room reservations via phone and email.
- Input reservation details accurately into the system.
- Provide information on room rates, packages, and availability.
- Process payments and deposits for bookings.
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams regarding bookings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations or front office.
- Proficiency in property management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
