Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead the sales and marketing team to maximize market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as DOSM in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the luxury travel market.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
